The entire process of affiliation is a very transparent process and in case one is ready to do the paperwork, you really don’t require any touts or middlemen. TNSCPE provides the institute with a list of necessary documents to be kept in mind while applying for TNSCPE affiliation.

Affiliation fee

The application in printed letter head is to be submitted to “The Director, Tamilnadu State Council of Professional Education along with application fee Rs. 5000/-

Affiliation fee Rs. The accreditation fee will vary as per the courses/- is charged for 1 to 2 sector courses. For each additional course a sum of 5000/- is charged. Normally affiliation is granted for permanent.

Necessary Documents for Affiliation

1. Trust deed / NGO

◆ Certificate of Registration

◆ Pan Card / Electricity Bill

◆ Bank Passbook /Statement

2. Land Documents (Photocopy & Originals of Deed paper )

3. Staff & teaching faculty educational documents with address proof and latest bank statement.

4. Agreement (Rs.100 stamp paper)

5. Hospital association letter (if trust or NGO have their own, hospital association letter is not required)

6. Registered Rent agreement (if NGO or trust has their own building not required of agreement)

7. Institute Building Room Particulars (list of all the rooms along with the size and details)

8. Copy of Resolution

9. Application form of Affiliation

10. Head of Department id proof (Aadhaar or Pan Card)

Courses

List of courses are available in the education’s website www.tnscpe.org.in Apart from these courses, there are some courses for which syllabi have been prepared by centers that send those syllabi are duly approved by this paramedical education foundation. Courses on any field, which have potential for employment / self – employment in an area are also accepted. Centers may forward such courses along with a copy of syllabus to this education for approval and affiliation.

Services Charge

Registration fee 1375 /- collected from the each students. And examination fees The accreditation fee will vary as per the courses/- for each student is to be paid to the tamilnadu state council of professional education for registration within the stipulated date. After finishing the courses each students have to pay fee /- for certificate.

Demand draft on the name “Tamilnadu State Council of Professional Education”, payable at Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri branch and sent via speed post / courier.
